We raise funds to help folks out when they need a financial breather, and we have fun doing it. All of the Terlingua area bars and restaurants have hosted a Terlingua Cares benefit at some time or other and we are grateful for the ongoing support we receive from area businesses.
Our most recent event was in February of 2024, Viva Terlingua Cares! Hosted by Greg Hammer at The Boathouse in the Terlingua Ghostown, we had live music, a raffle and silent auction. We raised over $14,000 and had a great time doing it.
